Maintenance Programs
TCG offers the following programs so our customers can maintain and upgrade their data collection devices in a manner that is consistent with the operating requirements of their applications:

  • Application Program Support Agreements to provide continuing telephone and/or internet support for application software we have installed. These agreements are usually based on support time provided, remaining in force until the specified time has been used. They also can be established for specified time periods.

  • Extended Warranties for data collection devices we have sold. Devices with extended warranty coverage will be repaired or replaced the same as when covered by the manufacturers standard warranty. At the same time, telephone/internet based Help Desk support is continued through the extended warranty period.

  • Sparing Pool Programs with overnight replacement of any defective device for applications where it is crucial that the data collection devices are available for use on a continuous basis.

  • Upgrade/Swapout Programs so our customers can upgrade their data collection equipment in order to reduce maintenance costs or to take advantage of new technology and the associated improved performance and capability. We can often allow significant credit for the older equipment because we can find resale opportunities to other users, to after-market resellers who will refurbish and resell the equipment, or to repair depots that need replacement parts.
