Our Plug and Play Kits are products that substantially improve the efficiency of the deployment, installation and training processes when they are received by our customers.

Most resellers, distributors and OEMs deliver individual line items that require the customer to assemble every component and determine how to program and configure them before deployment.

TCG Plug and Play Kits package a main component like a scanner with the necessary accessories, including the cable, the power supply (when required), a stand or holder and documentation that includes the OEM User Guide and a Quick Reference Guide (QRG) provided by TCG.

The QRG is specifically written to enable quick and easy assembly, installation and use of the components; it can be customized to address specific needs of the customer. The scanner can be pre-programmed so that it is configured as required and usable right out of the box.

Primary Features:

• Our kitted products can be provided to IT Integrators so they can include them on their IT contracts at price levels competitive with the lowest prices available for the individual component items from other sources.
• Enable our customers to order a single item from a single accountable source, rather than multiple line items from multiple sources.

• Include all components and accessories needed by the end user. We can include components from multiple vendors, assuring that all components are compatible with each other and with the system to which they will be interfaced.
• Inclusion of a Quick Reference Guide so we can customize each kit to meet the requirements of each customer.
• Pre-configured equipment so the devices are properly set for immediate use in specific applications.
• Extended warranty coverage can be provided, adding significant value to the covered products.
• The Ability to quickly configure and provide new kits to provide unique products required by any customer.
• Once delivered we will provide no-cost Help Desk technical and maintenance support for the duration of the product's warranty.
